At SMOQE, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. For any issues with your order/shipment, please send us an email within 24 hours to with your information, together with the accompanying order number.


All items are inspected before packaging and shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you should receive a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours and provide a clear picture of the faulty item, together with your order number.


If, for ANY reason, you wish to return your item, you must contact us within 48 hours to receive a refund. We ONLY issue refunds if we receive the unused item in ORIGINAL and unopened packaging.


Please note that any costs incurred for shipment of returns will be deducted from the total amount your refund. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the initial return request. For your own protection, we recommend that packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE – Any requests for returns of defective merchandise received beyond the 48 hour notice requirement will not be processed.
